Model K45-LT is a Ceiling Radiation Fire damper UL
classified 1 hour rating for use in UL Classified building materials rated 1
hour or less. This model use a UL approved flexible blanket.
These
Ceiling dampers are UL Classified 3 hours rating as a heat barriers. Ceiling
dampers and the associated components (surface mounted diffusers or grilles,
ducts, etc...) which are to be constructed of steel and are installed in the
ceiling to maintain the hourly ratings of the floor-ceiling assemblies which
are rated 3 hours or less. There are different models of Ceiling Radiation
dampers:
